ShopperGuard does indeed offer refunds. Yes, if you have decided to pay annually with ShopperGuard, you can canel at ANY time within the first 60 days. You cannot however request a refund after this period.
Should you wish to pay monthly, again, you can cancel at any time within the first 60 days and any payments you have paid will be refunded. However, should you wish to cancel after these 60 days, although you are not eligible for a refund, we can cancel your monthly subscription.

Yes. the ShopperGuard Admin area allows you to login at ay time and change the seal design, and even the person that walks on your website - giving you total access and total control.
Yes, ShopperGuard can enable PCI Scanning for your website, and this is available for a one-time only price of $79 per website per annum. You do not have to be a ShopperGuard member to be able to utilise this service. Find Out More About PCI Scanning
Yes we can - we have tried to make it as easy as possible for you. Once you've chosen your seal and your spokesmodel (if applicable), we give you a line of code. This code should then be placed on your website where you would like your seal to go. If you are stuck though, simply send us an email and we will do this for you - you will need to provide us with your website Hostname, Username, and Password!
The seal will only work on the website that it has been allocated to, therefore no, you cannot place the seal on multiple websites. You do need to purchase one seal per website. Any seals that are placed on another domain will bear the words "NOT VALID".
Yes you can, however when any of your details are changed, we will have to reverify your details before we re-enable it.
You will be emailed to advise you that we could not take payment - we give you seven days to make payment. If we subsequently cannot get hold of you by telephone, your ShopperGuard badge will become inactive and will say "NOT VALID".
